This is an agreement intended for use by this group of clients, continuity of work for which the system is critical to the security business. By virtue of the client receives a package of fixed hours of use in the work of administrative and technical support and guaranteed response times for different levels of service failure.

Clients maintain the IT infrastructure in a constant state of readiness for work, conducting constant monitoring of the key elements in advance to inform about the danger of failure points.

Constant care to ensure efficient administrative configuration of the different elements of infrastructure, provision of safety data and monitoring of security, rapid response to any irregularities. In the event of failure we guarantee the availability of specialists needed to quickly resolve the issue, joining the servicing at the time specified in the contract, the optional equipment available replacement for the duration of the repair of damaged equipment.



This agreement may cover the entire environment or its fragments, especially relevant to the customer. In order to adapt the services provided to Client requirements - contracts typically contain additional components individually negotiated.
